Description:   Building forth on the Ethics Education Program of UNESCO, this workshop is designed to enhance the educational skills and abilities of ethics teachers. We explicitly invite academics who soon will start, or have just started, teaching ethics. However, experience has shown that very senior ethics educators also find this workshop to be very stimulating and helpful. Whereas internationally renowned ethics educators will introduce the themes, the core of this seminar will be a sustained conversation among all participants, sharing methods, experiences and innovative ideas about 21 st century ethics education. Each participant is encouraged to prepare a short presentation, which may cover a completed project, an upcoming teaching assignment, or any other ethics education related endeavor that can spark discussion. For each presentation, ample time will be set aside for an in-depth discussion. Registration is limited to 20 participants.
